Terry and Hans van der Vooren will be your host during your stay at Tinamou Cottage.In 1998 we emigrated from busy Holland to adventures Panama and took over a coffee estate Finca Habbus de Kwie. Next to the farm, we started Coffee Adventures, today known as a tour company with a big reputation. Specially known for affordable private nature, bird watching and the now famous Kotowa Coffee tour. Often we had/have guests asking about our lives and living in the Jungle, and if it was possible to stay on our plantation in the jungle? Well we remodeled a romantic old casita and Tinamou Cottage was born. The little Tinamou quickly begun to be popular, specially with bird watchers and nature lovers but also honeymooners like the private character. So next we build The Highland and Great Tinamou in the jungle on the estate. Today Tinamou cottage exist out of three deluxe cottages on a truly unique location, in the jungle and only about +/-5 Min. from town. If you love nature you will find you will be very comfortable in your own deluxe Jungle cottage, privately situated in the forest with all the luxury you will need amongst Nature. And naturally you may expect we will take good care of you and your family and friends. The concept of our lodge. On our own travels, we sometimes found a hotel or lodge/inn that simply felt so good, you could stay there forever ! Well this is the concept of Tinamou Cottage. Every cottage is design and furnished with this in mind and it's not just a place to stay..., a stay in Tinamou cottage is an adventure.
